After integrating your email account with the Telvoip dashboard, you can now send and receive emails directly from the system. The email function can be used for customer communication, support responses, and campaign messaging.

Click Gmail in the sidebar menu.
The email dashboard will display Email, and Merge mail so you must choose your preferred option.
To send an Email, Click Compose and enter the recipient’s email address in the new tab. You can also CC and Bcc the emails when addressing multiple parties within the message.
Add a subject and message in the spaces provided and add an attachment (s) if necessary, then click “SEND” to send the email.
