WhatsApp Messaging on Telvoip allows businesses to communicate with customers through an official WhatsApp Business channel, manage conversations centrally, and respond efficiently using shared inbox features.

Prerequisites

Before setting up WhatsApp on Telvoip, ensure you have:

  1. A WhatsApp Business Account with a registered phone number
  2. Access to your WhatsApp Business App for QR code scanning.
  3. Access to a Linked facebook account / Meta Business Manager.
  4. Admin access to the Telvoip platform.

  • Log in to the Telvoip Platform
    • Navigate to the Telvoip dashboard
    • Go to profile and click on account settings
    • Click on the additional accounts tab.
    • Click on Connect Whatsapp.
    • Click on Connect Whatsapp.
  • Connect Meta Business Account
    • Click Connect WhatsApp
      • You will be redirected to the Meta Business Manager page (Log in if you’re not already signed in) Select the appropriate Business Portfolio Select or add a whatsapp business account (If not already added)
  • Add and Verify Phone Number
    • Enter the phone number to be used for WhatsApp messaging Follow instructions sent to the phone with the whatsapp business account then scan the QR code provided (Screenshot: Phone number verification screens) Wait for Meta to give Telvoip access and finally click on Finish

Configure WhatsApp Profile

    • Add business name, profile picture, and description (Screenshot: WhatsApp profile configuration page)
