The Telvoip AI Analysis Tool uses a credit-based billing model.

When enabled, AI automatically processes recorded calls and generates:

From the screenshot above, the active AI Analysis model is displayed together with the credit cost per analysis. In this example, each AI analysis performed using the Gemini-3 Flash Preview model costs KSh 0.03 per credit.

The AI Features section also provides a real-time overview of your organization's AI credit usage, including:

• Remaining credits
• Total purchased credits
• Currently active AI model

Purchasing Additional AI Credits

To purchase more AI credits, click the "TOP UP CREDITS" button.

Enter the number of credits your organization requires, then click "CREATE INVOICE" to generate an invoice. You can either proceed with payment immediately or settle the invoice at a later time.

Maintaining an adequate credit balance ensures uninterrupted access to AI analysis features and prevents disruptions to business operations.
